[历史 Aleph 使用体验] Is it possible to do video2video with runway?

‘In theory’ you can, with aleph. You can upload your video and a ‘style’ image, and prompt aleph to apply the ´style’ elements to the video.

In practice, I find it a slow and hard-to-control output. That said, it depends on the level of complexity and specifics of your project.

I find the prompting logic in aleph to be quite different from what I’m used to with the image-to-video model. Ymmv, but depending on the needs of the shot I’m trying to revise, I often end up re-generating the first still image from my shot and re-prompting the video from that image.

Thanks, and I hear that. It took between 10 and 20 tries for each segment in this video, and I even used Act One for the villain's face reveal at the end, it was the only way I could get his head to turn and look down.

For the eagle, I tried 40 renders and gave up. I do like Runway's UI, but at some point I had to accept that it just wasn't going to work. I have 150 seconds left in the song that still needs footage rendered. Not sure how I'm going to accomplish that.
