Submission rules & FAQ

What should I submit?

A real product with an accurate name, website, tagline, description, category and logo. Use an HTTP or HTTPS website link. Upload PNG, JPEG or WebP images: logos up to 2 MB, and up to three screenshots of 5 MB each. You must have permission to use the supplied material.

Does saving submit my product?

No. Preview and save your draft, then choose a plan and explicitly confirm. New listings use Basic or Pro. They go live only after the payment is confirmed. Historical free and Priority listings retain their original review conditions.

When will it be reviewed?

Basic and Pro publish instantly after payment confirmation. Administrators may remove listings that violate our rules. Historical plans retain their original manual review timing. Check My products for the current result and a rejection or takedown reason.

Can I correct a rejection?

Yes. Edit the same product, save, and confirm resubmission. A confirmed paid order is reused; resubmission does not charge you again. Pending or published listings cannot be edited by the owner.

What does Sponsored mean?

Pro includes a permanent featured placement with a dofollow website link and highlighted border while published. Basic has no featured placement. Historical Priority placements use their approved display interval. The end of Sponsored display does not itself remove the regular listing.

What does Active referring domains mean?

Active referring domains counts unique source domains with active links to a product website in a monthly Semrush snapshot. Multiple links from the same source domain count once. This is a monthly stock count that can decrease, not a count of individual links, a quality rating, a user count or an endorsement. Unknown is different from zero. Administrators manually record the Semrush snapshots; Sponsored placement does not affect the measurement.

Are results or approval guaranteed?

No. Listings must satisfy our submission rules and may be removed for violations. We make no DR, ranking, indexing, traffic or click guarantees and do not require a reciprocal link. See Terms and Contact & report for support and commercial questions.
