No end frame makes it essentially useless for most serious work as far as I can see…
There’s literally no way, at all, to do shots where something enters frame, or you see more of an object than is visible in the first frame, where it matches a reference.
If it doesn’t match the reference, you can’t do anything remotely continuous.
